For the first time in the History of Uechi-Ryu, the Sanschin Gitae is shown with the first Sanchin Kata, and with the applications of the three other Kata.
Sanchin : Sanchin is one of the three kata brought back from China by Master Kambum UECHI, founder of the Uchi-Ryu Karate Do.Its the first one of the 8 Uechi-Ryu Kata and it is the foundation of our whole school.
Sanchin-Gitae : Sanchin-Gitae is what separates Uechi-Ryu from the other Karate-Do schools, because of its violence.Sanchin Gitae is one of its most representative methods for the strengthening of the body.
Kata Seichin : This Kata was created by Master Saburo UEHARA.
