About the Instructor:
Lamar M. Davis II has been practicing martial arts for more than 40 years; thirty-two of those years have been devoted exclusively to training in Bruce Lee’s art of Jeet Kune Do, resulting in his certification as a full/senior instructor by five of Lee’s original students. He is the founder and head instructor of Hardcore Jeet Kune Do, serves as the executive director/senior instructor of the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Chinese Gung Fu Association, and is the co-founder of both the International Wing Chun/Jeet Kune Do Alliance and the Efficient Warrior Alliance.
