Scott Sonnon, former USA national martial arts team coach, international champion and designer of the patented Clubbell, presents Prasara – a unique system of resyncing breath to movement and structure – the culmination of 15 years of study and travel around the globe researching and experimenting with the physical disciplines of many cultures and traditions.

During those years, Scott found himself moving unconsciously towards a sustainable form of deepening one’s daily practice, something which would enable a practitioner to unlock his or her innate state of Flow.

A Gift of Divine Grace, Flow erases all distinctions of head, heart and hand. When living in Flow, there is no body, no mind, no emotions – only a being whose vibrations ripple outwards into Infinity, into the vast ocean of Existence in which we all float and breathe and live our lives.

Through his many years of competitive martial arts experience, Scott began to realize that the essential quality of mastery was to transcend the limitations of the ego. He understood that he never faced any true opponent except his own fears, anxieties and traumas; and he began to realize that his opponents were in reality his co-conspirators, his friends in the pursuit of transformation through self transcendence and mastery. Flow lies beneath the rusty armor of fear, anxiety and trauma which our ego carries around like so much luggage.

Prasara is a physical practice of releasing fear, anxiety and trauma, a practice which releases one’s natural state of Grace, one’s natural Flow. It is a challenging inner journey, calling forth courage, discipline, and faith in our intrinsic Divinity, the still, small voice within that guides us to transformation and a life of service to all beings.
