The chi sao program which is also called sticking arms is considered the soul of the WT-System. It already begins on the elementary level and trains the tactile reflexes in an incredible manner. By that attack and defense techniques are learned and how to withstand the opponent’s force and to give it back to him. Thus also inferior persons get the opportunity to effectively assert themselves against a stronger aggressor.
It’s not the aim to memorize motion sequences but to be able to respond to any situation with the tactile sense.
